Our set of classes are tailored to suit the specific type of training you are looking for. We have developed FOUR different types of classes with world-class coaches in order to create an environment and programme tailored to help you develop specifically within different disciplines within calisthenics.

Handstand Programme
Looking to get comfortable upside down?
Our Handstand Programme specifically focuses on the technique and skills you need in order to learn how to balance comfortably on your hands!
Have you been kicking up constantly and feel unable to stick the landing? Getting frustrated looking at online tutorials? Want more hands on guidance?
Our programme will help you get comfortable upside down and provide world class support and guidance to help you achieve your handstand consistently!

S&C
Strength and Calisthenics
Our Strength and Calisthenics Programme is specifically for those with an interest in Endurance and Power Training.
This will include learning strength based movements such as muscle-up and weighted calisthenics.
If you enjoy pushing your limits through bodyweight training, and want to improve your endurance and power while doing so, then this is the class for you.
Our coaches have competed, and trained, people to international and world competitions, and will tailor the classes specific to you, no more random workouts off social media. They will also introduce you to topics such as periodisation, and how we taper and schedule our training accordingly to help you gain the most from your training sessions.

Freestyle and Statics
Like the idea of learning dynamic skills? Learning your first 360? Or how about static elements like front lever or planche?
Maybe you’ve seen some skills or videos online but you are unsure where to begin? We get it, we’ve been there too!
This class specifically looks at the freestyle elements of the sport, and how you can start learning dynamic skills and static holds. Creating an individual plan with you and aiming to find movements that suit you, letting you develop your own routines and express yourself through movement.

INTRODUCTION TO CALISTHENICS
Unsure where you want to start? With calisthenics there are so many potential entry points that it can get a bit overwhelming leading people to wonder where to begin!
This is where our introduction programme comes in. Within this programme we will introduce you to the broader aspects of calisthenics, and give you a solid base to build from before moving specifically into any discipline within the sport.
If you have been considering calisthenics as a form of fitness, and want to try learning new skills, then our introduction programme is the ideal entry point!
