Terms and Conditions
Registration and Booking Process
All participants are required to register and pay for Bar Monkey classes online using the relevant form applicable to the class you are signing up for. After booking you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your application and payment with all the information required for your class. By making a booking you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.
Places
Places at Bar Monkey are limited and are marked on our forms with the amount of places available in each class. When there are no available places left the form will state '0 places remaining'. Places are available on a first come, first served basis so book early to avoid disappointment. Before booking and paying you must ensure that you have read our policies below. Please contact us by email if you have any other questions before booking.
Fees
Full payment must be made online before attending. Our classes are subscription based and the cost for the programme will be deducted from your account on the date you sign up and will be deducted on the same date every month after that by direct debit.
Throughout July and August, all memberships are placed on hold. Payment is taken in July in order to hold your place for September, depending on the date you sign up. For example, if your payment is deducted on the 15th of July, this would cover the remaining classes that month plus the weeks we are back in September.
During the Christmas period, we take a two-week break from classes. One week in December, and one week in January. Full payment is still deducted from your account in this period. This is to cover our annual end of year event which everyone can attend, and contains prizes for Bar Monkey of The Year as well as other awards distributed to members.
Cancellations and Transfers
Members are requested to give us 2 weeks notice if they do not intend on returning once term has commenced. This is so we can cancel your membership and ensure that no further deductions will be taken from your account. It also gives us time to let people on our waiting list know if a space has become available.
Photographs/Digital Media
Photographs and/or video may be taken during the classes and used for marketing or promotional purposes. In accordance with our application forms, people will only be included in these with either their own or their parent/guardians permission to do so.
Medical
Any medical condition/ allergies / injuries / learning difficulties or any additional information parents feel the staff at Bar Monkey should be made aware of must be noted in the online booking form.
