Youth Programme

Starting November 18th

Our 7-10 group is designed to teach calisthenics in a fun and friendly environment! The classes aim to create an enthusiasm for sport from young people and helps them develop exciting new skills and engaging forms of movement!

Classes take place four days a week:

  • Monday 3:00-4:00pm

  • Tuesday 3:00-4:00pm

  • Wednesday 3:00-4:00pm

  • Thursday 3:00-4:00pm
