Have you found it tough to find a community environment to train with? Have you wanted to learn Muscle-Up? Handstand? Front Lever or a swing 360? If these sound like something you’ve wanted to learn but have been unsure how, then this is the class for you!
Welcome to our Adult Introduction to Calisthenics Programmes!
Located in Ballyloughan Business Park here we will teach you how to learn new skills and move your body in new ways! Our programmes have been developed by some of Ireland’s leading Calisthenics Coaches, using guided Strength and Conditioning principles to help you develop yourself, learning elite Calisthenics Movements!

What Do You Get?
#1 Practical Sessions
Our Practical Sessions take place in a small group setting. These will enable the coach to tailor sessions based on your individual goals, and to work with you from where you are, providing structure to get you from your current situation to your desired situation.
Tuesday 7:00-8:00pm Strength and Calisthenics Session
This session looks at endurance and power, and how we can develop these through bodyweight exercises. There is a focus on developing within the specific disciplines within Calisthenics of endurance and power and act as an entry point to these aspects of the sport.
If you like the idea of being pushed to your limits through bodyweight exercises then this is the class for you.
Thursday 7:00-8:00pm Statics and Strength
Our statics class focuses more on isometric holds within calisthenics ( think back lever, front lever etc. ) as a way to develop strength.
This is more of a skill based class, and provides the entry point for you to show how you can begin to defy gravity!
Bonus Programmes
#1- WhatsApp | Facebook Accountability Groups
Every member will become part of our WhatsApp and Facebook Accountability groups. These help coaches and participants to engage together as part of a community. This is important as this will also provide accountability and help you to stay motivated, even on the days you don’t feel like it!
Seeing others make progress and showcasing your own helps each other see the progress we are all making as part of a group and will provide extra incentive for everyone involved to continue working!
#2- Open Gym Access
You also receive access to our open gym timetable, allowing you to continue to work on the skills you are learning in class while meeting up with the rest of the calisthenics community!
