With our personal training programme (either in-person or online) you will receive an individualised plan along with a training structure that suits your personal goals. Personal training enables you to train at a time suited to your schedule and provide accountability and guidance.

How does it work?

In just a few simple steps, you will be on your way to developing new skills and moving your body in completely new ways!

Step 1: Consultation Call

Our first point of contact will be an initial consultation call online or in person. This will give us the chance to see whether or not what we provide will help you achieve your goals. This isn’t fluff. We are experts in Calisthenics, however if calisthenics isn’t what you want to learn then we probably aren’t the right fit for you! So our first call ensures that what you are looking to achieve aligns with what we can provide you.

We are experts in teaching movement-based bodyweight skills, and delight in seeing you progress with movements such as muscle-up, front lever, 360s - but if you are looking to just lose weight or want a general fitness programme, then we probably aren’t for you. The consultation call helps us both gain clarity around what you want to achieve and we can see if we are the people to help you do that.

Step 2: Initial Session

Once we have decided on your goals, we will then have an initial session to see where you are currently. This will then enable us to design a programme tailored towards you, what you want to achieve, and contains guided and logical progressions. We have been coaching in the sport for over ten years, with over 15 years of experience in fitness, so we know how to filter out and make programmes relevant to you!

Step 3: Programme Design

After our initial session together you will then receive a programme through our app. We will then choose times across the week that suit you for training and each session will have a specific goal ( i.e. front lever / handstand ) not just a random workout! We will be with you at all times, offering specific feedback and cues to help you get one step closer each session to attaining new skills!

Step 4: Programme Review

After four weeks we will sit down and review your progress and assess what is working, what might need changing and re-evaluate your goals for another term.
