Introduction to Calisthenics Workshop

We are delighted to announce we are running two introductory seminars!
Each session is two hours and will cover three aspects of calisthenics.
Mobility | Strength | Skill
Mobility
In our mobility section we will cover a screening with each participant. This will see if there are any issues in certain areas before moving anyone into other movements. For example has restrictions in their shoulders this will impact on their ability to learn a handstand so we will work on this area and give each participant a mobility programme based on their screening.
Strength
In this area we will look at some static elements within calisthenics to give participants an idea of what movements can be achieved through calisthenics and what strength gains can be made!
Skill
Our skill section will cover dynamic/freestyle elements within calisthenics to give all participants an ideas as to how they can progress in this area and look at movements that suit their own individuality.
This is a perfect opportunity for anyone interested in calisthenics and unsure where to start. For anyone who has looked on from the outside and wondered how to begin, this is your chance!
