We are delighted to announce we will be running a three hour online workshop teaching the many elements that come with learning planche. This will include:
Warm-Up Techniques
Mobility
Body Alignment
Technique
Strength
We will break down each aspect of the movement, all the progressions to show you how you can develop your planche training.
This is not just looking at the progressions of the movement, but all aspects such as the mobility around it that is required, the accessory work needed to counter balance over training specific muscle groups and looking at the proper alignment and areas of the body to focus on in order to develop your planche training.
The workshop will take place through zoom and you will receive an email with meeting details after you register.
Every participant will also receive a PDF with detailed breakdowns on everything we cover on the workshop. They will also receive a link with YouTube Tutorials on Planche Progressions. There are limited places on the programme so book your place before this sells out!
