Summer PErformance Camps 23

We are delighted to be running our high-performance camps this summer! These are specifically tailored to our Level 2 and Competition Groups, aiming to develop a holistic approach towards their future development as calisthenics athletes.

We will aim to develop psychological and physical skills with each participant, working on concepts that can help them view competitions in the future as opportunities, looking at facilitating workshops each day that work on team building, as well as positive self-talk and goal setting.

As well as this, the group will develop their own physical skills, creating their own targets at the start of the week, and what they can do in order to work towards this. Our coaches will provide them with the tools to make better decisions, creating an environment that gives them autonomy over their own training.

Due to the concepts and training being covered, places are only available to our Level 2 and Competition Groups, with minimum spaces each week to provide the best service.

These camps will run from 1:00-3:00pm Monday - Friday.
