Zoom Classes
We are delighted to be running zoom classes for our FUNdamental Groups!
These will take place on Wednesday 5-6pm.
Under the online guidance from our coaches kids can get active from home, learn new skills and remain in contact with each other through distance learning!
Providing a structure around the class that creates a fun environment and guidance around FUNdamental Movements, this is a great way for kids to keep developing their skills during this time.
*parents must be involved throughout the session
YouTUbe Tutorials
This also contains a YouTube Tutorial Series that allows you to see how we look at these movements from a coaching perspective and how we can break them down to provide guidance to young athletes.
Activity e-book
Our FUNdamentals Series is predominantly for our 4-6 age groups. This resource will contain an ebook with over 100 activities based on our FUNdamentals Assessment Chart. These are Essential Movement Patterns for a child’s development, and this resource will show you how to create an environment that helps a child develop a positive relationship with exercise
zoom Classes
We are delighted to be running zoom classes for our 7-10 groups!
These will take place on Tuesdays 6-7pm.
This is a great way for kids to have fun while at home and continue to develop their calisthenics skills in a fun environment!
Our coaches will provide a structured learning area that gives kids guidance around learning skills while at home. We can keep our distance but still remain in contact with each other. The classes will provide a welcome bit of structure back into the child’s day and getting to have fun with familiar faces again!

We have a YouTube Tutorial Series for all involved that will break down how to perform the primary movements off the level 1 chart which the activities in the e-book are based on.
Activity E-Book
This e-book contains over 100 activities that are based around our Level 1 Movements within our structured classes. This is from our 7-10 class or Teenage class, with anyone coming in to our Learning to Train Phase. These are the floor based movements that require little to no equipment and throughout the e-book we will break down each activity and show you how we create the structure behind our classes.
