Core and bridge

This session will look at the development of our core and our bridge. We will look at these alternate postures and how they can both be worked on, and which are relevant to certain statics. We will look at the development of pelvic tilt, in both posterior and anterior directions and how each one impacts on movements we are trying to learn. We want to be able to develop both a strong posterior and anterior kinetic chain and in these session we will show you how to do that looking at the primary movements that set us up perfectly for development of more advanced movements.

Hand balancing

In this session we will show you an introduction to the idea of hand balancing. How to develop strength in your wrists so that you can spend more time practicing, and get comfortable with the idea of balancing on your hands. In

Lower Body

In this session we will look at how we can develop strength in the legs through fun and challenging movements within calisthenics. We will look at pistol squats and their variations, we will look at shrimp squats and dragon pistols, all to show how we can develop strength and mobility in the lower body through fun challenging exercises!
